Garden Efficiency: Mountain View Efficiency: The Entire Inn: Up to 20% discount for longer stays. Winter Season (Sept 16 - May 14) (Note: Add 12% bed tax to the above rates for stays less than 30 days) Reservations must be made 7 days in advance. Minimum reservation is for 3 nights; single or double nights approved on a "last minute" basis or unless 1-2 nights is all that is available. A reservation deposit of one night due 7 days after arranging reservation and 50% of the total if staying 5 or more nights, is due no later than ten (10) days prior to the reservation date. Reservation deposits by cashier's check, money order, personal check or credit cards are accepted. Balance is due upon arrival. Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy. A third occupant would be an additional $20 per day. Payment is accepted in cash, travelers checks, personal check or credit card. Check-in after 5 p.m., unless special arrangements are made in advance. Check-out is 11 a.m., unless different arrangements are made with longer stays only. |

Cancellation and Refunds Due to limited availability during our summer season, we require a fourteen (14) day cancellation notice for reservations. If a reservation is canceled at least 14 days in advance, the deposit, minus $25.00 processing fee, will be refunded to you. If the reservation is not canceled at least 14 days prior to the reservation date, you will be charged a sum equal to the first night's stay or 25% of the reservation, whichever is higher, plus bed tax. |
